A new year has always been a good time to start fresh. No matter what it is, choose one thing you wish to change in your life and take advantage of that new cycle in time. I have decided that this year, I would take more control over my body (which includes my weight AND shape) and am finally going to sign up with a monthly membership at the local gym. I`v been wanted to do so for a long time, and for some reason couldn’t find a better time then right now!!!
May 2010 will be happier and healthier to all of us!
