Cellulite- a bumpy orange peel or cottage cheese-like appearance of the skin found mostly on the hips, thighs and buttocks, is the bane of about 90% women, regardless if they are fat or slim.
Improper diet and lack of physical activity are the leading causes of accumulation of fluid, toxins and waste products in the body that bring about the formation of cellulite, therefore, you have to change to a healthy diet and exercise regularly to get rid of cellulite.
Eat a well balance diet that contains a high amount of fibers, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet as well. Researchers have found that Vitamin C, which helps the body rid itself of toxins, plays a role in eliminating cellulite, so make sure you have plenty of it in your diet.
Besides a healthy diet, the most effective and long lasting way of getting rid of cellulite is by performing cardiovascular exercises like jogging, cycling, running, and performing weight training exercises, which increases the amount of blood flowing through your body and helps to flush out toxins in even the most difficult areas. The toner your body is, the better blood circulation becomes and the faster the dimply cellulite reduces.

If you’re trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or happened to be on a diet, and you are about to dine out at your favorite restaurant, don’t automatically turn to the salad menu! Turns out, restaurant salads can often be as bad as—or worse than—any other fatty dish on the menu! Sure, salads may contain some fresh & healthy produce base, but those leafy greens are normally weighed down with cheese, deep fried croutons, and high-calorie dressings. In fact, one salad from a popular chain restaurant may contains over 1,500 calories and too much fut!
These are some manue secrets you need to know:
-
Anytime you see the words “Parmesans-Crusted,” or “Orange Glazed” assume the dish has been slathered in sugar or cheese, had given a frying treatment and probably contain nearly a full day’s worth of sodium and half a day’s worth of calories!
-
In Mexican restaurants, salads are mostly the absolute worst choice from the menu. For example, with burritos and tacos, the amount of high-fat, high-calorie fillers is limited to what will fit in the shells! pay attention!
-
The top word you should be careful about is the mighty Caesar. Regular restaraunt`s Caesar dressing is normally loaded with many grams of fat and is very high in calories, combine it with cheese and croutons and you turn your light, healthy salad to a complete diet disaster! always ask for a low fat or fat-free dressing!
Good Luck!

Santa Barbara is a beautiful California city, somewhere on the pacific coastline in between Los Angles and San Fransisco, however, this is Not a traveling blog, therefore I would like to mention the real reason why I mentioned Santa Barbara Bay. It is actually the name of a great seafood products company which I am absolutely in-love in their healthy, low fat and low calories Seafood Spread!
It is delicious and versatile spread, made from high-quality imitation crab with snow crab, bay shrimp, fresh celery, and some spice blend. It is a truly original and unique food product, has some wonderful nutritional benefits and most important thing- I can enjoy having it with some fresh celery sticks and keep up with my daily diet routine!!!
Yummmyy!!!

Some people would never dream of switching from regular peanut butter to a healthy, low fat version since lets face it- you get “low taste” as well!!! I was sure to be one of those people, however, at my last trip to the local Trader Joe`s market, I`v noticed the “Better`n Peanut Butter” and apparently it is loaded with calcium, vitamins E & C, antioxidants and contains only natural flavors and colors! Well, I couldn’t resist buying it, and I have to admit this stuff is pretty tasty… It is creamy and soft, has a rich flavor, low sodium and contains only 2 grams of fat and 100 calories per 2 tbls!!! Very. very recommended product!! plus plus!
Now, since you can`t find it on the shelf of most of your local grocers, I would check thier website first, for a store locator : http://www.thirdperspective.com/bpb/storeLocator.html
Enjoy!

I don’t know about you, but it is really hard these days (or too expensive…) to find an ecologically friendly, high quality AND natural ingredients cosmetic products. When it comes to the basic self spa treatment like body lotion, I would like to share with you, readers, the simplest, healthy, home made lotion, using %100 percent pure coconut oil. The reason I choose coconut oil to treat my skin, is since it is well known as an excellent massage oil, it acts effectively on all types of skins like mineral oil but with no adverse side effects, and is a safe, healthy solution for preventing dryness, delays wrinkles, sagging of skin and other skin problems! LOVE IT, and strongly recommended trying:
Refrigerate one cup of any kind of cold pressed organic coconut oil (huge attention to the `cold pressed` part!) for several hours, till gets solid, and you are ready to go! grab some with a table spoon, warm it up using your palms rub your skin and improve its condition!!!
