Rhianna_Slim_DressThe beautiful Grammy award winner Rhianna doesn’t need to hide too many body parts or to grab our attention from one body area to another, however, she is wearing this “slim-looking” flattering dress, as I call it. This style could be great when trying to hide wide arms without any cover-up or sleeves, and in addition to that, it makes you look taller thanks to the unique neck line and narrow shape, even though it is a short dress. I love how she matched the purple color wide belt underneath the bra line in a very chic way! Belts are an important accessory in order to complete your outfit. With light colors dress you should go for a darker color belt (pick a stretchy one, for the comfort) and a matching purse.

Sun damage is the greatest threat to your skin’s long-term health and beauty. Nothing ages skin faster than the sun’s UVA and UVB rays, and premature aging caused by exposure to the sun’s rays creates saggy skin, wrinkled skin, dark sunspots and discoloration.

Your skin is exposed not only when you’re lounging by the pool, but when you’re going from your car to the grocery store.  Further more, about 80% of the sun’s cell-destroying UV and UB rays can penetrate windshields and assault your skin even through cloud cover.   

Some of the nasty secrets of what the sun can do to your skin are destroying skin’s connective tissue, leading to loss of tone, texture and firmness (what causing the appearance of wrinkles) and encourage melanocytes to become overactive and clump together, resulting in age spots, uneven pigmentation and skin cancer.  

In order to prevent sun damage, besides staying indoors you should wear broad-spectrum lotions with SPF 15 or higher, over sized sun-glasses, wide-brim hats and use spray tanning services!

Remember: Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer, and sun damage can affect people of all ages, races and colorings – not just those with light skin and light eyes!

Once again Its all about choices. Choosing the right side dish that goes with your main course has some major affects on your diet and weight.
Switching your side dish from potatoes or rice to green spinach or vegetables mix, may be five times less the carbs, fat and calories plus five times more rich in nutritional antioxidants. I`ve tried some sauteed spinach,teaspoon olive oil with chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic and a dash of chili and I must share it with you- It was DELICIOUS near my grilled chicken! Yummy! Next time I`m trying some steamed veggie!!!

Dieting has never been an easy thing for me especially since loosing weight comes slow even when I`m really trying to keep a healthy, light lifestyle routine AND exercise at least 4 times a week… Apparently, there could be a hidden factor in weight control such as: Bacteria. Everyone has bacteria in their digestive system, but if you’re overweight, it may be because the blend of those bugs is causing you to absorb more calories from the food you eat!
Adding healthy bacteria and “Getting more pro-biotics in your diet can change the balance of bacteria,” says Steven Pratt, M.D., author of SuperHealth, and that can lead to more efficient weight loss! Eat more Yogurt which contain probiotics, such as acidophilus and take control of your weight-loss like I did… (and yes, it worked..)
