Using this appropriate simple formula will give you an idea:</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #333399;">655 + (4.35 x weight in lbs.) + (4.7 x height in inches) &#8212; (4.7 x age in years)</span></h4>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #800080;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">If you are a man, your BMR =</span></span></h3>
<h4 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #800080;">66 + (6.23 x weight in lbs.) + (12.7 x height in inches) &#8212; (6.8 x age in years)</span></h4>

<h4>Next, you would need to determine your daily caloric need based on your activity level, then add these results to the basic amount of calories you burn. Choose your appropriate activity level from the following and get your approximate numbers based on these formulas:<br />

2. <em>Lightly active</em> (light exercise/sports 1 to 3 days/week): Calories = BMR x 1.375<br />

4. <em>Very active</em> (hard exercise/sports 6 to 7 days a week): Calories = BMR x 1.725<br />

<h4>Once you have that number you can determine the number of calories you would need to cut per week/day using the following equation:</h4>

However, if you have some basic knowledge of mathematics calculation, and I`m talking really simple math, you have a better chance to succeed in achieving your new weight goals! Once you realize everything we eat, drink, snack, &#8220;just a bite&#8221; or, lets put it this way- every little thing that goes through our mouth (accept pure water, of course) is literally adding numbers to the equation. those numbers are obiously calories, and we wanna make sure the total will be lower then the number of calories our body burns during the day.  Reaserches proved that <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #666699;">losing a pound of fat requires a 3,500 calorie deficit</span></span>, which you can achieve by cutting calories from your diet or burning more calories through exercise.</h4>

For me, a person who appreciates great food, it always feels like a battle!  A short consultation with my nutritionist had made me realized the fact I don&#8217;t have to feel bad about having a great quality restaurant dinner, as long as I eat right and less during the day! That`s the secret! What a blast!!!  </span></h4>

You must agree this might make it a bit hard watching your weight and eating your regular, everyday weight watcher diet food especially when there are fewer choices on board! However, on-the-go eating doesn&#8217;t have to result in extra ponds! I have checked around for the best meal options available to choose from while spending long layovers at the airport, and these were my favorite ones as far as taste, saving on calories and not ruin your diet!!! How said I can&#8217;t make a smart choice whenever I want too?!?</span></h5>

I wont lie, that lunch box does have a very small portion of food however, it`s the exact amount of food my body needs, and you simply make your stomach shrink and get used to it fast, while dieting or watching your weight on a daily base, especially if planning on having a decent dinner later on that day.  Yes, I`m talking about <a href="http://www.leancuisine.com/Index/Index.aspx" target="_blank">Lean Cuisine brand</a>. With the average of 300-400 calories and 8 grams of fat per box, I get to microwave a fresh, restaurant tasteful dish, with so many versions to choose from, it is absolutely impossible not to find some great versions you like! Those are the meals I like the best after trying almost every Lean-Cuisine dish available out there&#8230; and really, these are my favorite ones which I recommend at least trying: (by they way, did I mention they only cost 2 to 3 dollars a box?!?! not just a diet savor, ha?!)  ENJOY!!! </h5>

I call it- the &#8220;bowl of love&#8221; since not only it is healthy and low-calories but I am actually enjoying it, plus- my boyfriend keeps asking me to make him a bowl as well every time he sees me pulling the Yogurt Jar from the fridge- which inspires me the most!  </h6>

Is Salt Really Bad for us? <span style="text-decoration: underline;">What is there to Sodium that is restricted to weight watchers and many diet programs? </span> True, for years we were told that salt can higher our blood pressure, though new and recent studies claims that salt by itself is not enough to higher blood pressure and does not necessarily raise the risk of heart disease. <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left">Apparently, <span style="text-decoration: underline;">our everyday food is being poisoned by dangerous chemicals that resulted in Plaque</span>. In addition, I have discovered that some <span style="text-decoration: underline;">food companies actually put in their products Parasites, deliberately designed to make us want to eat more </span>and therefore <strong>gain fat and be sick</strong>!
