Good to know, since I was one of those girls who first started using anti aging  products such as eye cream and night cream when I was only 20, believing It would prevent (or at least delay) future wrinkles to become visible.  Seems like Jennifer Garnier feels the same way!

Some food can benefits our skin in different levels. However, these following ones are at the top list, and are highly recommended if you wish to keep your natural beauty skin as healthy and glowing as possible, before even applying any type of facial creams or anti-aging products. It is simple-  Stay healthy and look great at the same time! Eat more of these foods:

  • Wild Salmon: A prime source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce skin inflammation and prevent redness, wrinkles and future sagging
  • Yogurt: (and make sure it is a low-fat one, of course) gives bone boosting and more calcium then a glass of skin milk.
  • Oysters: Yes, ladies and gentlemens, Oysters are a top source of Zing, which helps build collagen and speed up skin renewal and repair.
  • Blueberries: from my Antioxidants  list, blueberries are full of them, and can prevent long term cell damage.
  • Kiwifruit: One of my favorite fruits. It is rich in potassium as banana, however add its plenty of vitamin C and you promote glowing, wrinkle free skin! Luv this one!
  • Sweet Potatoes: full with Beta-carotene, which helps smooth the skin.
  •  Tomatoes: are major source of lycopene, combined with their anitioxidants can protect against sunburn.
  • Walnuts: rich with omega 3 and help fight against skin ailments like psoriasis and eczema.
  • Dark Chocolate: last but not least, great news for the chocolate lovers: it is full with antioxidants and nutrients cocoa, which helps boost hydration, smoothness and protection against sun exposure.  (choose chocolates with %60 percent cocoa).

Simple Secret to Avoid Bad Makeup Habbit-

Surprisingly, however true, many of us are working late and collapse into bed once arriving home at night, and often fall asleep without washing our face. It is a bad habit according to most dermatologists since going to bed without cleaning our face can lead to clogged pores and breakouts plus sadly encourage anti-aging early signs.  
My secret solution in order to avoid this bad habit and go to sleep with a fresh clean skin is simple, yet very effective: Keeping a stash of cleansing wipes on my nightstand, near my bed so I can Swipe then- Crush!   . You wont believe how easy it makes it: These towelettes remove every trace of mascara and smoky eye; every hint of under eye concealer and lip-stain in under 60 seconds, not to mention the removal of dirt and dust that has accumulated on your skin throughout the day.

My favorite Wipes are the Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes, since they are ultra-soft calming cloths which gently dissolve all traces of makeup. Dermatologist tested, Allergy tested and alcohol-free, these wonderful wipes leave my skin moisturized enough so that I don’t have to use night cream. I also like them so much since they are perfect for travel as there’s no issue with taking them through airport security in your carry-on luggage! The gorgeous 43 years old supermodel and super-mom Cindy Crawford beauty secret is using Milk. Crawford carries a spray bottle filled with a mixture of mineral water and whole milk to spray on her face and neck several times throughout the day. “Women forget to take care of their décolletage and it shows their age” said Crawford, and the reason she combines milk and water and mists it on her face and neck is since the lactic acid in milk is a well-known skin softener.
Now that I am aware that MILK is a beauty secret of one of my all-times favorite supermodel I finally understand that childhood photo of mine and hope you would all find this amusing!
